Coffee is good for your Health

A cup of hot coffee can keep you awake in the morning. A glass of soft tea can help you relax after a stressful day. However, whether you drink tea or coffee, the latest research on the health benefits of these two drinks can help you feel somewhat rested. 

After years of research on caffeinated beverages, so far, we have been seemingly fluctuating between the negative warnings and the positive benefits of these favorite beverages. More recently, scientific studies of coffee and tea have shown positive results. The International Agency for Research on Cancer, recently removed coffee from its list of potentially carcinogenic substances. 

Some studies have suggested it may help prevent it. Colorectal cancer recurs after treatment. Other studies have suggested that drinking coffee can also prevent Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases. Studies have also shown that tea drinkers have relatively low rate of skin cancer, breast and prostate cancer.
