Processed as anything, actually the vegetables are very delicious. Not to mention the abundant vitamin content that makes the vegetables very good for health. The more the pattern of life and lifestyle of the community develops the most various kinds of offerings and preparations that can be served, including the difference in serving between cooked or raw vegetables. Both of these vegetables have advantages and disadvantages of each. Vegetables which are directly eaten in a raw state have the potential for more abundant sources of nutrition. 

Without the cooking and heating process, the content of vitamins and minerals in vegetables can remain intact and complete. However, there are risks that you need to be aware of when you like to eat raw vegetables. Because it does not undergo a heating process in cooking, some harmful substances in vegetables cannot be decomposed. Not to mention, the presence of insect eggs, bacteria and other viruses that might still be alive when you eat raw vegetables. 

Moreover, the vegetables are apparently not organic vegetables; you also need to clean it thoroughly before actually eating it.
